Matt's practice is devoted to providing legal services to domestic and international businesses, with an emphasis on commercial lending transactions, corporate formation and finance, and mergers and acquisitions. He has substantial experience representing lenders, investors, and operating companies in the fishing industry.
Matt graduated with honors in 1983 from the University of Washington School of Law, where he was an editor for the Washington Law Review. He is a member of the Order of the Coif and served for one year as a law clerk for Chief Justice William H. Williams of the Washington Supreme Court.
