Originally a farm boy from South Dakota, J.D. graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School in 1983. Before joining Mundt MacGregor in early 1986, J.D. served as a law clerk for the Hon. John C. Coughenour of the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington. In his twenty years as a litigator, J.D. has handled a wide variety of disputes for individuals and businesses in the fishing, banking, telecommunications, real estate, timber, aviation, software and manufacturing industries. J.D. also has handled a number of plaintiff's wrongful death and personal injury claims arising out of medical malpractice.
