During the 1980s, Mundt MacGregor also developed a robust practice representing real estate developers active in and around downtown Seattle. The firm's real estate practice continued with the representation of companies owning some of the best development parcels in the Seattle downtown area. Also during this period, the firm's litigators acquired a reputation for excellence that resulted in numerous referrals from, among others, a number of large Seattle law firms.
